Studio Policies

1. Please remove your shoes and leave them on the boot trays provided.
   Feel free to bring "indoor shoes" or slippers.  We now have deep pile carpets in each teaching room and ask for your assistance to keep them clean.
2. Please have no food in the smaller studios.  Consume food only in the waiting room area (or in studio 6 during "Music & Munchies" events).  In case of spills or messes, please ensure that they are cleaned up promptly.  Ask your teacher to help if there are any problems.
3. Please supervise your children so that they are not interupting other lessons in progress and ensure that they are behaving in a respectful manner.
4. Students are to sign in upon upon arrival, and have a seat in the waiting room.  Please read the bulletin board for announcements, and take all notices provided home with you.
5. Please do not put cash in the payment box, instead give to directly to your instructor.
6. Use the phone only as needed.  If you need the assistance of the administrator, please pick up the green phone and call 725-0395.  Leave a message if necessary. 
7. To cancel a lesson, call the 'in house' line at 252-5099 or your instructor directly.  Any teacher not available to do so will pick up the phone.  Otherwise call the Academy number at 725-0395, this number will go directly to our cell phone carried by Louise Martin. If there is no answer, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
8.  Please understand that cancelled lessons will be paid for and only made up based on the discretion of the teacher.
